Project Overview

Atomic Idea’s partnership with NexCore Group began in the fall of 2023, providing consulting services to support the VP of Marketing in evaluating the company’s current landscape, challenges, and strategic needs. This initial collaboration laid the foundation for trust, leading to our role in rebuilding NexCore’s corporate website and successfully completing a stalled project. As our relationship deepened, so did our scope of work. By the end of 2023, NexCore officially engaged Atomic Idea as their primary agency partner, entrusting us to support marketing initiatives across multiple divisions and departments.

Atomic Strategy

Collateral: As NexCore’s agency partner, Atomic Idea provides comprehensive marketing support to the Leasing Department and Experience Senior Living teams. We handle the creation, design, copywriting, and delivery of key materials such as direct mail, magazine ads, lease offer books, and more, ensuring the team has the high-quality collateral they need to succeed.

Vision Books: NexCore approached Atomic Idea to develop two high-level vision books that had to be inspiring, educational, and captivating. To kick off the project, we conducted an in-depth discovery session with the NexCore team, gathering insights to fully understand their goals, target audience, and project requirements. Based on these discussions, we delivered a range of initial creative concepts. After refining the chosen direction through close collaboration with NexCore, we brought the vision books to life, successfully aligning with their objectives and delivering a compelling final product.

Digital: Atomic Idea provides digital marketing support to the Leasing Department and Experience Senior Living teams at NexCore. We deliver engaging email campaigns, creative banner ads, and interactive digital flip books, ensuring NexCore has a robust suite of tools to reach their audience effectively.
