The East Cherry Creek Valley Water District (ECCV) needed to refine and up-level its messaging in order to better attract job candidates. The brand messaging was not clear and the overall culture of ECCV needed to be better communicated. Atomic Idea was chosen as the agency to handle the project.
Atomic Idea led the ECCV team through a brand messaging workshop to identify, analyze and refine the recruitment messaging. We created a messaging strategy that solidly reflected the ECCV brand, with distinctions, tone and a new tagline.
We were able to help ECCV better communicate their unique and very positive culture while clearly delivering the reasons why candidates should consider working for them. The messaging strategy was applied to a redesign of the career web pages, and a new pop up banner for job fairs. In addition, Atomic Idea created a tri-fold brochure and trade journal print ad for prospective candidates.
We really enjoyed working with the ECCV team to uplevel their recruitment messaging and collateral to better reflect their culture.
