Leadership Team

Duane Ciacco

Duane has spent his career in marketing and advertising, both on the client and agency side. He enjoys being a liaison between the creative and client side, always seeking to deliver sound strategies backed by solid creative. Duane provides strategic and creative direction for Atomic Idea’s clients. He enjoys forging strong client relationships, truly becoming a partner for his clients. The satisfaction of seeing a client excited about creative and impressed with the results is what drives him.

Joe Panepinto

Joe is a multi-talented creative with skills in both art direction/graphic design and creative writing. As a graphic artist, he has been responsible for the design and animation on 5 Emmy Award Winning projects. His motion graphic designs have been featured on the Hallmark Channel, Comcast SportsNet, KWGN, KMGH, Gannett Stations and Fox Affiliates nationwide. He has written several long-form and short-form broadcast commercials and branding creative for clients both large and small.

Troy Waterman

With a BA degree in Electronic Media Communication from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, Troy got his roots in video production at television stations in the Midwest. He moved to Colorado to put his video editing and storytelling skills to work for clients such as Starz, Denver Nuggets and Comcast. Troy excels at communication, using his abilities to relate to clients and audiences alike. He currently serves as a partner and the Project Manager for Atomic Idea.

Keith Durbin

Keith Durbin is an art director, designer, and project manager with over two decades of experience for such venerable organizations as First Data Corporation, Hunter Douglas, Medina Communications, and regional magazines to name a few. His skill set includes graphic and industrial design, production and project management, strategic conception, and client relations. Having been on both the corporate and agency side of projects, he understands client’s needs fully.
